There are many new advances in technology related to Intraocular Lens Implants (IOL). Conventional intraocular lens have been routinely implanted in the human eye after cataract surgery for more than 30 years. It provides excellent vision in conjunction with prescription glasses. Without the aid of glasses, conventional IOLs rarely allow patients to see simultaneously far and near objects clearly. New technology IOLs, were developed to allow patients to see both far and near targets without glasses. There are several different options to choose from and after a full evaluation by our staff and Dr. Dong, one of these may be an option for you. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this new technology and answer questions you may have.
With an in-house surgery center and state-of-the-art technology available to all patients, the Georgia Center for Sight offers patients the very best care in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
